Zelus Terms of Use

Hello, and welcome to the Zelus Terms of Use (these “Terms”). These Terms are important because they describe your rights and obligations when using the Services (defined below) offered by us or our affiliates.

Please note that these Terms contain Indemnification, Governing Law, Assumption of Risk, Right of Withdrawal and Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability Sections that affect your rights, including your ability to bring legal claims against us.

Introduction

Welcome to Zelus, a service owned by Zelus Wallet, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Zelus”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zelus website and/or mobile or desktop software applications, including the online platform where users may create a new, or import an existing, so-called “digital-asset wallet” (collectively, the “Services”). By signing up to use an account through zelus.io, APIs or the Zelus mobile application(s) (collectively the "Zelus Site"), you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy.

ZELUS IS A PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT A BROKER, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR CREDITOR. THE SERVICES ARE OFFERED AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE PLATFORM ONLY.

Using Our Services

Zelus is not intended as, and does not provide, any investment or financial advice whatsoever. As with any financial or investment decisions, you should conduct your own research and due diligence investigation, to properly evaluate the benefits and risks of any investment or financial transaction. You should also seek the advice and guidance of qualified accountants, financial advisors, tax advisors, legal counsels and investment advisors, in connection with any investment or financial transaction.

Eligibility.

To be eligible to use the Services you must be (1) 18 years old or older, and (2) a resident of Australia.

Amendments to Terms of Use.

Zelus reserves the right to amend and update these Terms giving 30 days’ notice. These changes and updates may be made due to changes to the Services and digital content or changes to legislation, regulation or practice.

We will notify you of such amendment in advance by email or directly in the app. Any change to these Terms that are not disadvantageous to you may take place without giving notice to you but by being published at Zelus' application and will be effective upon publishing such updated Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You may terminate the agreement at any time due to amendments of these Terms.

Every time our Services are used, the Terms in force at the time of use will apply.
